In the past, every aspect of this building was upkept with no issues.
Cons:
Management doesn’t care what goes on here, drugs, murders, people living in staircases, staircases human toilets and them damn mice.
Advice to owner:
Get off your ass and do something, we’re in a pandemic and barely have sufficient hot water. Bums in and out drugs being dealt out front, in lobby and laundry room. Give Security a cup of liquor and they don’t care what happens and that’s on the rare occasion there is security. Hard to have good security with the same failed company in the building.

Building poorly maintained AND they DON NOT keep strangers out, THERE IS NO SAFETY what so ever
Advice to owner:
Get Better security that care arrest trespassers and change front door!!! They have an iron framed door just sitting in storage and refuse to put it up and we constantly have a broken front door and all homeless come in to buy their drugs from drug dealers that don't even live in the building
