Small but cozy

Pros:
Good neighbors within the building, no trash or pest problems, good water pressure
Cons:
Loud outside at night, sometimes harassment at the park nearby

This building is nothing special but I loved the area. Great live in super
Cons:
Garbage on the street is gross but standard for NYC, basement is dirty but at least it has laundry!
