Don’t move here. Landlord trying to weed out tenants to raise rent.
Former Tenant
Pros:
600 feet from Central Park West
Cons:
RAT INFESTED, cracks everywhere in the apartment, broken tiles, broken windows, broken sink, worn out heaters
Advice to owner:
All tenants who live here need to form a meeting to have a huge lawsuit for how you treat us. Our buildings have cracks everywhere, nothing is EVER fixed, you leave us with NO HEAT when elderly people live here! Then have the audacity to pull up the rent in this shitty condition. Everyone who researches this building deserve to know what’s going on.
