In general, great building. Hiccups for sure, but things do get fixed and replaced.
Response to package theft has been lackluster and years long
The apartment is in a great location. The unit itself is newly renovated and has great closet space.
The apartment building can use more cleaning on a regular basis. The garbage shoot and laundry area are not always well maintained.
