Pros:
Location & neighbors
Cons:
Management does not respond to tenants maintenance requests, sends threatening emails & doesn’t respond to voicemails. Front door is often broken, either locking tenants in the building, or allowing strangers in to steal packages.
Advice to owner:
Pay a bit more for repair work, & have it done once, instead of finding the cheapest option & needing to repair the same thing again in a month.

Cons:
The building management are beyond useless. Leaks from toilets, mold, rats, broken sinks, broken walls, not taking fire safety precautions

Tenants pay, you have legal obligations you can’t be bothered to fill. Disgusting

Pros:
Large spaces the apartments are large
Cons:
Management is terrible. There is nothing that is urgent to them. Mold, leaks, rust, broken locks, hot water, garbage. They are rude, inconsiderate of elderly tenants and those with kids. 311 probably know all our names and numbers by now.
Advice to owner:
Look after your tenants and property. Stop being rude. Fill your legal obligation

Pros:
Wonderful neighbors and very large apartments. Great neighborhood.
Cons:
The management are terrible. Black mold, electrical issues, heat, broken front door, leaks, it just doesn’t seem important to them. They are aggressive and rude and as a tenant we have all called 311 countless times. Safety noticed and inspections not updated.
Advice to owner:
Your management is horrendous. The entire building had to write to Yuco to complain about years of issues.
