    Good unit, apartment is okay

    Pros:
    Location is nice, close to quite a few train lines
    In unit laundry, and also in building laundry if needed
    Cons:
    Building has a weird smell in the entrance area, and sometimes packages get stolen

    no rodent/bug issues. good response time from super!
    Cons:
    heavy increases when lease is up. windows are not sealed properly so cold in the winter and you can hear all noise from the outside if you are in the front of the building
