Building is in a great location, a lot of excellent food options.
Cons:
The neighborhood can be iffy sometimes late at night

Great location, close to three parks, multiple subways lines, Columbia, and cheap eats
Cons:
Pretty small apartments (1 BRs advertised as 2 BRs), hallways and stairways not cleaned consistently
Advice to owner:
Hire someone to clean the entrance / hallways

Looks cool. Exposed brick, high ceilings.

Some leaks that were eventually fixed. Maybe a little overcrowded garbage area.
