    Pros:
    Unit had really high ceilings and large windows facing North so great natural light. Central air worked great during the hot humid summers.
    Building is new so very clean and modern appliances.
    Cons:
    Roof took forever to open and there's no shade.
    There's two elevators but one is often down.
    Had lots of issues with video intercom.
    No doorman and no easy way for deliveries to get into the lobby, so lots of missed deliveries.
    Management can be slow to address issues. Ownership is very slow to respond for lease concerns.
    Had to have dishwasher replaced.
    Close to fire station so can be loud with sirens.

    Good building, property management sucks

    Pros:
    Low noise, good supers, clean, bug-free
    Cons:
    They changed to a new property management, and their response time is awful. Not helpful either.
