Good apartment, bad price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, clean building. Trash is always managed well. Quiet block. Close to everything you need.
Cons:
The management is responsive…but not communicative.
Advice to owner:
Stop patching the problems with your building and spend the damn money to properly fix it.
