Horrific Management and Roaches

Proximity to parks and trains
Cons:
Roaches. So many roaches. Unresponsive management. We had a hole in the ceiling for 2 months
Advice to owner:
Actually respond fix things when your tenants call. (Waiting 3 months to get roaches taken care of is ridiculous)

HORRIBLE! BEWARE! DON’T DO IT

Pros:
I loved the neighborhood and it was fun being near delicious restaurants.
Cons:
BUGS that they did nothing to get rid of. CRAZY RATS in front of the building. Incredibly unresponsive management. I left my unit covered in bites from carpet beetles
