    Pros:
    Good location near campus, can be spacious (tho some apartments are arbitrarily divided for new bedrooms)
    Cons:
    Rude management, constant roach infestation, and constant package theft
    Had a black mold infestation in the bathroom that management took weeks to fix and only painted over the mold spores
