Good landlord, great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the combo of the old + new! Good new fixtures but beautiful exposed brick. Lovely tree-lined street. Landlord is reasonable and very responsive! They just put in new windows which helps with street noise. It's very quiet now.
Cons:
Doors (front doors) and doors to each unit are very loud every time you open and close them. You can hear every door open and closing all the time.

Expensive Headache
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the large living room, open kitchen, and proximity to the whole foods and b/c and 2/3 train lines.
Cons:
The only closets are those in the bedroom. In my opinion, the work on the building is done poorly. It's a new build but the grout in the bathroom started to dissolve after 3 months. There is no superintendent and the landlord is extremely unresponsive. It can take days for him to acknowledge your text or call. A call about a clogged toilet or a broken washing machine gets the response, "THAT'S NOT MY JOB!" It took months for a trash room to be put in. The mailbox is outside which leads to stolen packages. The water from the faucets comes out with a chemical taste.
Though I signed a lease for with a rent abatement, I was asked to pay full rent and receive a check for the difference due to the buildings refinancing.Which was confusing and frankly in my opinion seemed shady.
This apartment is in a luxury price range but it's a fight to even get the basic services afforded a tenant by law. I personally would not consider living here.
Advice to owner:
Hire a superintendent or maintenance person to handle tenant requests.
