    Small but relatively clean space

    Pros:
    The super is very kind and responsive when you need something fixed or looked at. The tenants are quiet, never loud music playing late at night etc.
    Cons:
    Would find roaches in the kitchen cabinets.
    Advice to owner:
    Better pest control

    Quiet Brownstone is Small But Nice

    Pros:
    High Ceilings make this apartment feel bigger than it is. No noise between units. Nice Neighbors are quiet and friendly. In-Unit washer/dryer combo . Big closet additions.
    Cons:
    Periodic pests. Very small kitchen. Dryer periodically doesn’t work and can’t be repaired.
