Great Location and Management Company

Pros:
Location, apartment size, secure place for packages and small building so neighbors are nice and considerate
Cons:
If you're on the FDB side, it can get a bit noisy as its a busy street but if you have windows closed its not an issue.

Mini-split AC units Big windows/lots of light Quiet units
Cons:
Building is not the cleanest Poor quality building materials (eg contact paper covering cabinetry) Modern amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher) make the kitchen drawers and lower cabinets not very useful.
