Don’t live here if you like sleep!!

NONE at ALL
Cons:
The worst building management I have EVER encountered. The bars the building leases to on the ground level are loud all week long. Management does nothing to mitigate that. Rupa is rude and not responsive. You do NOT want to live here!!
Advice to owner:
Be better. Slumlords.

Spacious Apartment with some nice amenities

Pros:
Dishwasher and AC come included. Laundry in building. Apartments are spacious and well laid out.
Cons:
They have kept on raising the rent to finance the construction next door that seems like it has been going on forever but looks like they’re almost done! Just probably expect a rent hike once the new building next door is finished. Lounge below can get really noisy around 4 AM once everyone leaves. Definitely would not recommend living on the 2nd floor on top of the lounge.

Just be realistic and stop providing false promises
