    Lived in 515 for a bit now, responsive super, clean common areas, good package maintenance, and repairs are generally fast
    Cons:
    No insulation in the winter, funky smell, and rent increased 15% in a year

    Cons:
    Lazy and unhelpful super, pest issue (cockroaches and centipedes), loud and inconsistent heater (had to buy space heater in winter), delivery drivers buzz every apt # on call box to enter building at random times of the day (including 7am), laundry area isn’t clean and laundry access closes from 9pm to 9am, locks to front doors twist throughout the day so you have to angle your key a different way each time for entry, doors sometimes don’t shut all the way
