clean, freshly painted place. rarely had issues
Cons:
water would come through the bathroom vent. heat was very weak.

Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit, updated appliances, good lighting, close to bus and subway.
Cons:
Very small bedrooms, heating was terrible all winter, building has roaches.
