All of the benefits are amazing, and the food is really good. They also host a bunch of events and keep improving the building

Pros:
Food hall is a nice convenience, the people who work here are very kind. Great student housing option. Good community.
Cons:
Guest policy is tough, no more than 2 guests at a time. The ongoing construction creates inconvenience and day time noise.
