Could be better but could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the location and the price.
Cons:
I do not like the other tenant, packages getting lost, and people loitering outside the building. Also garbage piles up at times.

Use this building as an absolute last resort
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the hospital
Cons:
Heat and hot water never work even when it’s freezing outside. We had rats in the walls. Unit was a two bedroom but we had no living space. Management ghosts you any time you have a real problem. Family on the 1st is very loud and allow children to terrorize everyone in the lobby. Considering the application process required by the management , we thought we were getting into a well maintained building - not the case at all. Only live here as an absolute last resort.
Advice to owner:
Start over. Pick a new career. Your behavior is criminal.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The elevator is great and the current super is alright.
Cons:
Put it this way. I’d rather pay 2 rents to live elsewhere than here. We’ve not had heat or hot water for months. The boiler is always broken but never fixed. Most of the buildings around this one are shelters. There are several tenants with mental health issues and the landlord is unresponsive despite assaults from those tenants on other tenants. The front door call box never works. Packages are stolen constantly. A large family lives on the first floor and kids are always right at the door going in and out and they break the pin pad at the front door. The entire street is on the daily covered in mounds and mounds of garbage. The washers and dryers are always out of order.
Advice to owner:
Care about your paying tenants. You put us through several hoops to be approved but yet allow subpar tenants to move in and then go radio silent when there are issues. Fix things in the building.

Sometimes deals with package theft in lobby
Advice to owner:
More cameras in front entrance!
