Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 277 West 150th Street appreciate the in-unit laundry and owner's responsiveness. However, the building suffers from hallway trash, package theft, and pests like mice and roaches. Suggestions include a new landlord, better trash disposal, and secure lobby package storage. One renter faced unresolved roach infestation. The majority praise the location, subway proximity, cleanliness, and quietness. Despite occasional noise and heating concerns, positive reviews highlight prompt issue resolution and overall maintenance excellence, making it a desirable choice for those valuing convenience and peace of mind in Manhattan.

Not terrible but..
Former Tenant
Pros:
The laundry units inside the apartments is a nice touch. The owner does respond if you reach out.
Cons:
The landlord is nearly unresponsive. There tends to be trash in the hallways. The packages do get stolen sometimes. We had a mouse at one point. Roaches are also common.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new landlord. Create an easier way for tenants to dispose of trash on the higher floors. Create a new space for packages to be left in the lobby.
