Great potential, but building is poorly managed.

Pros:
New building and great lighting in the apartments. Nice decoration as well.
Cons:
A lot of people in the building have no respect for others. There’s a frequent, gross smell of weed, and sometimes kids cause disturbances in the gym.
The building’s cleanliness is terrible. There’s only one person responsible for cleaning, and he clearly lacks the skills for the job. It feels like the building has been left to take care of itself. Many neighbors are also inconsiderate, which makes the cleanliness issue even worse.
Additionally, the apartment finishes were done poorly. When we moved in, there were paint stains on the floors and other signs of sloppy work.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to details and invest at least a bit more in building management and cleaning.

Pros:
the space is so beautiful. the elevators, gym, workroom, package room and rooftop are all great bonuses of living here. i also love that i don’t hear much outside noise from inside either!
Cons:
i wish management would respond faster. there’s also small flaws in the walls, for example in the bathroom there’s water that keeps leaking no matter how many times they fix it.
Advice to owner:
be on top of it with your calls and emails.
