Good and bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, and my apartment has an incredible eastward view with nothing blocking it.
Cons:
The elevator and building are dirty. The laundry room used to be 24 hours but now you can only use it during a certain window. The worst part is that the management company is impossible to get a hold of. They are the worst.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phones and empty the voicemail boxes. It’s ridiculous that I can’t get a hold of you.
