Have seen only two roaches & have lived here for a year.
Cons:
Unresponsive super, complains a lot. Will make you want to not request anything.

Very bright. Well lit
Cons:
Over a VERY noisy bar. Hear music all night long. Drunk/homeless people in outside seating areas.
Advice to owner:
Buy very large earplugs or work at night.
