It's fairly decent.

Pros:
Most of the other tenants are respectful and keep to themselves. It's fairly clean and pest control comes by start of every month for those who need it. Apartment walls, floors, and appliances are in above average condition. Some have in-unit laundry. Quieter than average in building and area.
Cons:
Super can be tricky to get a hold of. Heat can be middling. Bed bugs within the last 3-5 years. Management won't negotiate rent prices. Natural light is poor in winter.

Great First Apartment, but we outgrew it quickly

The newest management company to take over is much more responsive to contact.
Cons:
The super was slow to respond and often didn't finish his work.
