Great location next to Riverside, great super.

Cons

Management is unwilling or incapable of responding or getting back to you. They mostly deflect to the super on issues that the super cannot resolve and are up to management. Have had issues with package thieves. If you have a problem that requires management involvement it will be very difficult if not impossible to get resolved.

Thee wasn’t when I lived there. But I moved out in the spring of 2021. Could be now.

I no longer live here and moved out 2020. Renovations appear to have been made but state of basement is unclear, the noise from adjoining walls/neighbors will not have changed.
