Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 736 Riverside Drive paint a concerning picture. Residents highlight issues with cleanliness, poor management, pest problems, and inadequate responsiveness. Major complaints include prolonged heating issues, unaddressed maintenance, package theft, and frequent pest infestations. Management's lack of communication and care exacerbate these issues. While some appreciate the location and neighborhood, the building's drawbacks seem significant, with consistent calls for improved management practices, better upkeep, and more responsive services. Overall, recommendations to live in the building are minimal due to ongoing issues, making it a less favorable choice for potential renters.

Great apartment, mess of a building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the apartment I lived in for several years. Beautiful views, updated appliances, washer/dryer in unit.
Cons:
The management company is uncommunicative and dishonest. We went 2+ weeks without heat in the dead of winter. It was so cold I could see my breath in my kitchen. We had to fight to get the issue fixed and to get a concession that wasn't anywhere near what they should have given us. The lobby is dirty and infested with roaches.
Advice to owner:
Please take your tenant's safety and sanitary seriously and abide by the law.
