Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 467 West 164 Street, Manhattan, praise the prime location and satisfactory cleanliness. However, several issues involving unreliable heat, unresponsive management, pest problems, and poor garbage management trouble residents. The lack of hot water in winter months and neighbor-related concerns add to the challenges. Recommendations include improved owner responsiveness, better maintenance, and addressing safety issues promptly. While some approve of the owner, others suggest significant improvements to enhance the living experience and make the building more desirable for potential renters.
