not the best, not the worst

Pros

- rent was cheap for manhattan - somehow our electricity bill was pretty low too - close to the 1 train - no major pest issues thankfully; monthly exterminator services - super was generally helpful when you were able to get in touch

Cons

- heating was super inconsistent, both in the rooms and in the shower - super/management were hard to reach at times - random people loitering in the lobby often - packages were stolen occasionally - no laundry available in this building, but access to laundry in a different building nearby (not super convenient)
