This building has so much potential to be Nicer!

Pros:
The area is OK and definitely diverse
Building is one of the nicer buildings in the neighborhood.
Lots of college students

Cons:
I learned The rent controlled Family in apt 2A has been in the building 20+ years. They take over the building. They are always leaving stuff in the hallway, slamming their apt door, screaming in the hallway, the elderly woman and daughter run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night and they sit outside the building all summer long with chairs intimidating newly arrived Market Rate paying tenants. The family is constantly screaming in and out of the building with no regard to other residents. Me and other neighbors have complained about this and nothing is done.
Advice to owner:
Set Rules and Boundaries for all tenants and abide by the law!
