Worst place I lived in Manhattan

Pros:
5 mins away from A train.
Cons:
The building is infested by mice and cockroaches. No matter how clean you are, they will come to your apartment. Neighbors are playing music extremely loud 7 days a week, you won’t be able to sleep in summer until 3am.
Your shoes will stick in the hallways’ floors, they clean once a week but the trash room is downstairs and there’s no elevator so there’s trash juice everywhere.
The lobby’s door is always opened, there’s no key needed. I found a homeless at 5am peeing and pooping under the stairs. I advised the super and they didn’t clean it after 3 days.
If you are weed smoker this will be your dreaming place to live.
