A nice place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is pretty well-maintained and any issues that have occurred have been handled by Analdo. He’s very nice and helpful. Neighbors are nice and so is the neighborhood itself. Huge space and nice views! I enjoyed my time living here.
Cons:
Mail/packages get stolen occasionally. Mice and cockroaches were a problem at first but this issue has since been resolved for the most part. Some issues were slow to fix but others were taken care of immediately… so depends on what you need done.

Loved this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved this building! It's on a quiet street in Washington Heights, close to the train and a small park, and a little over half the apartments in this building have a view of the Hudson River. Laundry, elevator, and it was kept clean and tidy.
Cons:
Repairs could be a bit slow and not always the most polished repair jobs, but management was responsive and the super is very friendly.
