A nice place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is pretty well-maintained and any issues that have occurred have been handled by Analdo. He’s very nice and helpful. Neighbors are nice and so is the neighborhood itself. Huge space and nice views! I enjoyed my time living here.
Cons:
Mail/packages get stolen occasionally. Mice and cockroaches were a problem at first but this issue has since been resolved for the most part. Some issues were slow to fix but others were taken care of immediately… so depends on what you need done.

Loved this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved this building! It's on a quiet street in Washington Heights, close to the train and a small park, and a little over half the apartments in this building have a view of the Hudson River. Laundry, elevator, and it was kept clean and tidy.
Cons:
Repairs could be a bit slow and not always the most polished repair jobs, but management was responsive and the super is very friendly.

Not for these prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
Views, views, views. And the apartments are big by Manhattan standards
Cons:
overpriced, overpriced, overpriced. Management is neglectful to say the least. The super very rarely cleans the common areas, and is slow to fix anything. They are charging downtown prices for dirty apartments that haven’t been updated in 20, (sometimes 60) years!
Advice to owner:
This building could be great if the super cleaned, if kitchens and baths were updated and you could get a handle on the pest problem. If you don’t want to do that then slash the prices. Oh and the mural in the lobby is creepy, paint it and wash the tiles ffs

Super is really sweet and helpful! Apartments are huge.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great and helpful. The people working in the office try to be responsive (as in they pick up the phone) but often fail to do/ schedule things they say they would.
Cons:
The office does not allow direct contact with the super and makes sure everything goes through them delaying a lot of service requests. The building isn’t clean and has/d a huge mice problem early 2022. The exterminator that’s included in the lease is useless and spends less than 10 seconds in each apartment.

Great apartment, extreamly unresponsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge apartment, reasonable rent, great location, quiet building
Cons:
Unresponsive slow landlord, some package theft issues.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants in a timely manner and fix potential problems before the become an issue
