Potential gem but problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Smaller sized building Cleanliness of public spaces-although older and in need of some upgrades/restoration Super keeps them as clean as possible.
Cons:
Elevator noise/safety concerns Pests/no exterminator on designated days Noise from neighbors/buildings/street Security of building Management of building
Advice to owner:
New management company Update elevator as out a lot/irregular drops/safety concerns. Security of building needs to be improved Stick to published pest management schedule vs. 1x per year. Update drafty old windows. Be more responsive to tenant concerns and complaints, including those from Super. L
