    Rent control apt opportunities.
    Neighborhood isn't horrible. It's okay.
    Cons:
    Management is the absolute worst.
    They go through supers like it's no tomorrow.
    Roach infestation.
    Parking is impossible since everyone double triple parks in the area.
    High crime area, lots of shootings in the vicinity of the 34th pct.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive and fix your building!! Pipes are extremely old and there's constant water leaks and water pressure issues!!
