    I only lived here briefly, but it was fantastic

    Pros:
    Reasonably quiet, well-maintained, nice neighbors. Once morning I woke up to find that someone had cracked the glass on the front door. It was repaired within 24 hours.
    Cons:
    There was only one dryer for the whole building. This actually wasn't as much of an issue as you might expect, but it still wasn't ideal.
    Advice to owner:
    It seems that you're doing a great job!
