Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.

Some note the sluggish response to maintenance requests and limited communication with management. While some tenants approve of the owner and recommend the building for its stability, others criticize the owner's behavior and lack of responsiveness, suggesting they are not rent-stabilized. Bare minimum living facilities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, quiet area, near local restaurants and parks. Package locker was handy.
Cons:
Constant lapses in heat and hot water, specially in the winter. Spent entire cold front without heat, shivering in apartment. Forced to go multiple days with ice-cold water only. Laundry in building but machines to buy laundry cards are not maintained, so new tenants unable to use the basement laundry unless previous tenant left behind their card. Rats and large roaches in basement were commonplace. Spent whole year without gas.
