    Dilapidated conitions of building

    Pros:
    Close to Subway
    Cons:
    The building itself is filthy, peeling paint (lead?) everywhere. Slippery steps causing frequent falls for elderly residents. Serious pest control issues and constant leaks due to old pipes and chronic disrepair. Good luck getting anything fixes when it breaks and something is always breaking down. No laundry on site. Garbage area is flooded with giant Rats!

    It needs to be completely renovated
