-Responsive super
-Affordable
Cons:
-Extremely loud neighbors and neighborhood
-Roaches and mice- I had to have exterminators come around on a regular basis
-Shody cabinet installation left large holes open to the walls that let mice run in and out of the apartment

Apartment layout was nice and it was rent stabilized
Cons:
This apartment was marketed as upscale gut-reno duplex but in actuality was infested with roaches, mice, and bedbugs. We had bedbugs with in weeks of moving in, the apartment smelled musty from roach droppings, and we caught 10-12 mice over the course of living there. Neighbors are loud and unruly and party whenever they’re home.
Advice to owner:
Do something something about the pests.
