Pros:
The neighbors are nice and the building feels like a community
Cons:
Rats, Rats and more Rats. The garbage room has no door and the rats have taken over the corner. They run rampant all hours of the day and make people feel nauseous when they walk outside especially when it is hot outside and the smell lingers. This is a violation.
Advice to owner:
Please get an exterminator for the garbage room and install functional metal door.
