    Spacious and quiet
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Big, pre-war rooms. Place was always kept clean and well heated. Quiet neighbors. Lots of light—windows in every room.
    Cons:
    Kitchen could have been modernized. Appliances were old and very out-of-date.
