Managed by NYU, great management team. Spacious bedroom
Cons:
I've had some plumbing issues but management was quick to resolve any problems

Great for the location

Great location, walking distance to NYU Law School (and most places). Staff is the best.
Cons:
The furniture is not exactly the best.
