Love this place!

The doormen, the maintenance team, the apartments are really nice

Cons

The laundry room downstairs is faulty a lot and always full on the weekends. Rental management is very unresponsive and was racist to my roommate.

It’s very clean. Every morning when I go outside, there is a team outside cleaning up the sidewalks. The common areas are also well-maintained.
