Poorly kept building, convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location (though lots of garbage right aside because of the restaurants).
Cons:
Little sound privacy between apartments and temperature fluctuates wildly at times. Roaches and dirty lobby. Hard to reach management

Run away, run far away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location... until the restaurant sheds.
Back bldg has larger apts & is quieter but is cleaned less frequently than front bldg. Courtyard is disgusting. Garbage & recycling not tended to in a timely manner. Rodents & roaches in courtyard & bldgs.
Cons:
Landlord is non- responsive to any & all communication, does not maintain bldg or attend to repairs, does not return deposits.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your property!

Love this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Getting kicked out, since the building is being remodeled. Wish I didn’t have to leave. Great spot
