Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 223 East 35 Street, Manhattan praise the building's prime location and well-maintained apartments. The super is highly responsive, but noise levels from the street can be bothersome. However, persistent issues with water bugs, loud neighbors, and heating problems during winter have been significant drawbacks. Management's unresponsiveness to complaints, especially regarding noisy pets, has led some tenants to consider leaving. Despite some positive aspects, resolving maintenance issues promptly and addressing noise disturbances would greatly enhance the overall living experience in this building.
