The heat works very well! No issues with electricity. Park and parking lot in the back so it's convenient. Trash pick up is consistent and timely.
Recently, there have been many leaks and NYCHA has been slow to respond. Seems that leaks are being patched up - rather than actually having pipes fixed. So leaks are stopped in one area, but another one pops up soon afterward.
Invest in actually redoing the pipes!
