Pros:
It's super close to the train and the building is well-maintained. The office was always responsive whenever there was an issue and there a few because it's an older building, but never had an issue getting something fixed.
Cons:
Mice were a constant issue. I had a box of 20 protein bars on the top shelf in the pantry, and the mice ate all of them in one weekend. Also, the bedrooms at the back have to share a fire escape with two other apartments, which was an issue with people hanging outside my bedroom at night while I'm trying to sleep.
Advice to owner:
No advice is needed.
