Great unless there’s an issue

Pros:
- super is on top of garbage
- very quiet on top floors
- beautiful units despite not having updated appliances
Cons:
- no gas for 8 months and counting, which means no stove or oven. Management company has not updated the building in over 5 months with the latest.
- occasional dead cockroach in the stairwell
- loud if you face carmine st due to restaurants
