    Well-maintained, claustrophobic apartments

    - Very quiet, respectful neighbors
    - Serene courtyard, rare in this city
    - Great location to trains
    - Generally responsive management
    Cons:
    - Apartments are tiny
    - Dated fixtures
    - Few laundry machines, and often at least 1/4 washers and 1/4 dryers is broken at a time
    - Laundry room is in basement with courtyard entry with no door, cold to use in winter
    - Package area is messy, packages have gone missing or stolen
    - Very expensive for what you're getting
    - Management can sometimes be incompetent and sneaky with trying to make you pay illegal fees, helps to be well-informed of your rights
