    Great location and building overall

    Pros:
    Amazing layout, pretty updated, nice light.
    Cons:
    Management is very unresponsive and you have to deal with problems yourself. Some rodents before but got rid of myself

    Great location. Price is slightly under market. Loft storage space.
    Cons:
    Entrance was moved to 10th Ave - delivery ppl are CONSTANTLY confused. Generally dirty common area. Floors all sloped at an impressive angle. Package thief management refuses to address. Heat is ALL OVER THE PLACE. If it's a chilly day that you (legally) should have heat - bust out your sweaters and don't count on hot water for the dishes. If it's a very warm day after a series of cold days - count on that heat blasting.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more attentive. The little things add up.
