Overall a good spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, big windows, quiet neighbors, well run, reasonable price, includes hall storage. Beautiful Brick walls, real wood floors, blue tile backsplash.
Cons:
Mini fridge, weird layouts with tiny bedrooms, the door to the trash alley would frequently lock people in the ally and they had to yell to get out. No laundry, no dishwashers.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade basics like a regular sized fridge, video intercom would be safer, laundry access would be ideal.

Loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Exposed brick walls
Cons:
Pigeons live in the alley and are very filthy and loud.

Not too bad for Manhattan
Former Tenant
Pros:
Finished Units. Finished and clean hallways + entry. Smart layout. Lots of cabinet space. Hardwood floors and brick accent wall. Online portal to pay rent. Storage loft in unit. Responsive management. Overall good deal by Manhattan standards
Cons:
No elevator. No dishwasher. No laundry in building. Green carpets in hallway.
Advice to owner:
Please replace the green old carpets in the hallways. I would pay more for a one bedroom if the bedroom could actually fit my Queen size bed.
