Good Starter Apartment

Pros

Lots of young new NYC resident Great location by a lot of restaurants, etc. the 6 subway line can be tedious (transfers) but everything is walkable for the most part

Cons

Virtual doorman system needs some work - lots of issues with package stealing, homeless have came into the building, etc because people just scan them in without paying attention to who it is

Advice to the owners

Occupants love it! So just remember that we want to make it better vs complaining
